The Center is composed of a community of passionate professional investigators, attorney's, legal professionals , forensic experts, and learners, committed to promoting and elevating the discipline of criminal defense and due process investigation.
The California Center For Investigative Study (CCFIS) serves as the central information repository for experts in criminal defense and forensic due process investigation, forensic expert witnesses, academic investigation professionals, attorneys and legal support staff, engaged in investigating and presenting civil and criminal court cases.
Our primary objective is to provide the justice community with a philosophical and methodological, foundational understanding of the specialty discipline of defense investigation.
We create an online atmosphere that is intended to empower defense professionals to tackle the challenges and responsibility of defending the constitution!
We are dedicated to the advancement and promotion of education, experience, and expertise, in the specialty field of defense investigation, through peer review, statistical, scientific, and validity data testing, information, training, and advanced study of the art and science of defense investigation.
