William A. Monroe CCDI, CFSI, CFI-FTER, CCII
BIOGRAPHY
June 2023 - PRESENT
Mr. Monroe serves as a Sr. Faculty Instructor, Ethics And Professional Standards Chair, and Chair of the Peer Review Committee, and is the founder of the California Center For Investigative Study (CCFIS).

He serves on the Executive Council and Faculty and Training Advisory Board as a Distinguished Member, instructor and speaker, for the Criminal Defense Investigation Training Council (CDITC).
Mr. Monroe teaches the National Defense Investigators Academy and the industry standard Component Method of Criminal Defense Investigation. Bill provides specific expert instruction, public speaking and lecturing, in the areas of, philosophy and methodology of investigation, legal defenses and theories, and ethics.

Mr. Monroe is a Criminal Defense Investigation Training Council (CDITC) board trained and certified Criminal Defense Investigator CCDI. He is also a CDITC board trained and certified Forensic Science Investigator (CFSI). Mr. Monroe also holds a CDITC certification credential as a board trained and certified Forensic Interviewer (CFI-FTER), specializing in the Forensic Testimonial Evidence Recovery method of interviewing. Mr. Monroe completes 12-24 Continued Learning and Education (CLE) credits per year.
Mr. Monroe holds an Associate of Science degree (AS) from the Community College Of The Air Force in Police Science/Industrial Security. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Ashford University in Social and Criminal Justice. Mr. Monroe holds a Master's of Science degree (MSCJ) in Criminal Justice with a specialization in Forensic Science from Ashford University.
Bill is currently completing his postgraduate doctoral work, pursuing a Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD) in Criminology with a concentration in Justice Studies from The University of Arizona Global Campus.
